After Delio’s eviction last Saturday, six "Pinoy Big Brother" (PBB) Double Up contestants are nominated for eviction for this week. These include 2 housemates from House A and 4 from House B.

Japan's Pamaypay Boys video on PBB Double Up.

Pinoy Big Brother Double Up housemates will soon perform a version of Japan’s Pamaypay Boys as part of their task for the week. That is if “Kuya” will push through with the task which may not be suitable for television viewing. Big Brother even asked if the housemates will wear T-back or skintone while performing the dance number.

The housemates’ next challenge is to perform a dance number like the Pamaypay Boys video. Drinkin' Boyz is a Japanese group that is very popular here in the Philippines and they’ve become known as Pamaypay Boys. In the video, the boys are dancing with only fans or "pamaypay", they were totally undressed!

While the PBB housemates are still rehearsing their version, let’s first watch the original Japan's Pamaypay Boys Video!

First PBB Double Up nominees: Carol, Jason, Jimson and Princess.

Last night saw the first nomination night of the Pinoy Big Brother Double Up season. It will be the housemate’s first experience to nominate one of their peers and to explain their choice. For some, the reality that this is a competition has just started to sink in.

And last night, 4 housemates were declared as nominees from the two houses. Princess and Jason were the top picks for House A. Some housemates found Princess too aggressive and she ended up with 6 points. Jason’s lack of effort in reaching out to other housemates cost him 7 votes. The nominees for House B were Carol and Jimson. Carol’s naiveté worked against her and got her 5 points. Jimson’s distance from the others and the fact that half of a couple will still remain cost him 10 points.

Meanwhile, House A won the weekly task, while House B was saved only by Patrick’s sacrifice. Housemates also gave up a number of their belongings and packed relief goods for the typhoon victims, all of which were distributed by ex-housemates JM, JP, Kenny and Toffi. Several violations were committed, including that of Mariel and Yhel who forgot that no conversation could be hidden..

Who among the four housemates will get your vote? CAROL, JASON, JIMSON and PRINCESS are all in danger of getting evicted out of the house.

Who deserves another week in the house? Voting is now open! Just text BB and send it to 2331 for Globe, TM, Sun Cellular and Bayan Wireless Landline or 231 for Smart and Talk N Text. You can also cast your vote online by logging in to doubleup.pinoybigbrother.com/vote.

PBB welcomes 'double lovers'

"Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Double Up" opened its door to new sets of housemates on last Saturday’s “Spooktacular Reveal.”

PBB welcomed Filipino Austrian Rod Stumvol, champion target shooter Steve Jumalon, banker Patrick Villanueva, medical representative Riza Mae Patria, restaurant server Johan Santos, nurse Cathy Remperas, US balikbayan Hermes Bautista, Jimson Ortega and his Spain-raised wife Kathleen Lopeña, and transvestite Rica Paras.

After they entered the most popular house in the country, Kuya summoned Rod, Patrick, Jimson, Kathleen, and Rica to the confession room to reveal their first task.

Rod and Rica must convince the other housemates that they have been dating for a long time. Meanwhile, Jimson must give way and let his wife Kathleen pretend to be Patrick’s better half.

Kathleen and Patrick have been assigned to House B. Fake lovers Rob and Rica, meanwhile, have been sent to House A.

Success in this task means the house where they are assigned will win 100% additional budget by the end of the week. However, failure might mean that they will have to suffer the same fate as evicted housemates JM Lagumbay and twins Kenny and Toffi Santos.

Will they be able to put a convincing act? Find out on Pinoy Big Brother Double Up weeknights after “Dahil May Isang Ikaw.”

One of twin housemates leaves PBB.

One of the twin housemates of “Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Double UP,” JP Lagumbay, made a voluntary exit just two days after he joined the ABS-CBN’s hit reality TV show.

Dubbed as "Jetsetter Dad of QC," JP, the twin brother of JM, decided to leave PBB after he was informed that his application for leave has been declined by his employer.

“Kuya” told him that he needed to report for work or he would face sanctions. JP was torn between staying inside the house for his twin brother JM and leaving PBB to go back to his work.

JP confessed that he wanted to stick around for his brother, but he could not lose his job.

In the end, Big Brother respected and supported JP's decision to leave the house.
Meanwhile, theories on the double up twins still abound in the female-dominated House B, but the girls remain clueless about the existence of another house. The opposite is happening in House A where most of the male housemates live. They haven’t noticed the switching of twins, but are suspicious that Big Brother has another house on the other side of the wall.

Did the double up twins fail their first task, or will they be able to disprove the housemates’ theories? What will be Big Brother’s take regarding JP’s early voluntary exit?

Catch the latest news about the housemates and Kuya in “Uber” with Mariel Rodriguez after “Maria De Jesus.”
