Your Kapamilya station brought home five trophies from the 2008 Philippine Quill Awards held at the Hyatt Hotel and Casino in Manila last November 14.
The awards recognized the most outstanding achievements in communications management, skills, and creative PR programs and productions. ABS-CBN won 5 awards:
Successful PR Programs:
“Deal or No Deal Around the World-Philippines”
“Dolphy at 80″
Award of Excellence in the Employee/Member Communication category:
“Kapamilya Services” (An ABS-CBN employee communications program)
Electronic Communication category:
E-Frequency (company newsletter)
Economic, Social and Environmental Development category:
ABS-CBN Foundation’s advocacy project E-TV
The Philippine Quill Awards are presented by The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), an international resource of effective communication practice in various forms such as public relations, employee, marketing and development communications, and crisis management.
